1. Email me at Sales@CarlsonReedCo.com . Include Item descriptions, quantities and prices; address and contact information; preferred payment option: Check/Money Order, Paypal or Google.
2. I will send you an invoice via email with the order total (product cost, shipping cost, tax if applicable) and shipping date estimate (reeds)
3. Make payment through Google Checkout or print invoice and mail with check/ money order to the following address:

4. Orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of cleared payment.
Reed and cane orders are shipped upon completion.

5% sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped in Virginia.

USPS First Class (under 13 ounces)
or Priority Mail (13 ounces and up)
Shipping is now calculated by weight through the shopping cart.
To give you an idea of US shipping costs:

USPS Priority $6.50 - $10.00
USPS Express $18.50 - $30.00
International Shipping can now be calculated through the shopping cart!
Return Policy
Items may be returned within 20 days of order for refund or exchange. Items will not be issued a refund for noticeable wear.
Unused portions of cane orders can be returned or exchanged.
Unused/uncarved blank reeds may be returned or exchanged.
Unplayed finished reeds may be returned for a refund or exchange.
A 15% Restocking fee will apply to all returns.
Refunds will be given by check.
Shipping and Handling Charges are nonrefundable.
